More than a club, Ampere is a music venue that is taking sustainability and quality music to the next level.

The club opened in 2015, housed in the Diamond Quarter, south Antwerp. Ampere is lodged with train tracks running over and underneath it, giving the nightclub a dystopian feel.

Ampere club chooses sustainability in every detail while staying true to its grungy decor. The steel is recycled from the city’s port, and the glass and wood are also reclaimed; even the clubbers’ body heat is converted and used to fuel the club’s radiators.

The nightclub is spacious, with minimal decor; it has black chesterfield sofas, and bikes hang across the room.

As a champion of talents, Ampere supports up-and-coming musicians while hosting international DJs like Lilly Palmer, Patrick Mason, and Sven Väth, giving its party animals the best of both worlds.

Electronic music takes center stage in Antwerp’s Ampere, with the occasional guest who changes things up a bit.

Dressed to express and ready to party all night, people from all walks of life rush to Ampere, intrigued by its unique concept.

Throwing wild parties and saving the planet, Ampere has given clubbing a new dimension.
