Launched in 2016, the party hub has found its forever home east of Porto’s center, in the iconic Bolhão. With a tapestry of neoclassical architecture, stalls selling everything from cod to lavender, and bustling mercados, the neighborhood can translate into a bustling marketplace.
The Boite club is ensconced in a classic, single-story white building, its austere black wooden doors holding promises of the enchantment within. Step inside, and the vintage exterior gives way to a mix of modern chic and decadent luxury.
Look up and a constellation of brightly-lit cubes dangles from the ceiling, transforming the Porto nightlife venue into a kaleidoscope of shifting colors.
A playful neon sign offers confidence: “Trust me, you can dance,” while a stark white tree stands as a beacon of stark elegance amid the revelry.
At Boite, local DJs spin foot-tapping reggaeton beats, interspersed with nostalgic hits from the oldies but goldies era. The crowd, a melange of stylish locals and international party-goers – both looking to splurge on their night out – revel in the club’s euphoric atmosphere every weekend.
