Rumor has it that Rumours has killer beats and thrilling afterparties.
Established in 2008, Rumours is owned by Anbalagan, the son of Ayyakannu, founder of a revered Indian restaurant, Muthu’s Curry.
It is located on the second floor of Concorde Shopping Mall along Orchard Road in central Singapore. The street is a famous tourist attraction for its numerous retail shops, department stores, and restaurants.
A sleek, black interior provides the perfect backdrop for colorful laser lights and smoke machines to dominate the intimate dance floor. Rumours’ walls are accented with black leather for an elevated look.
Rumours club features open-format DJs spinning pop, hip-hop, and Bollywood music. On certain nights, there are stellar live performances. The energetic nightclub is a favorite among the Indian community in Singapore, although everyone is welcome.
