When it launched in 2015, the nightlife venue called central Adelaide its home. Nestled in the basement of a multi-story white building, Fat Controller Club won the lottery for locations.
The area surrounding the underground party destination has an all-inclusive approach to nightlife with a slew of cozy bars, international restaurants, and laid-back clubbing spots.
Once you step into Fat Controller, the first thing that will greet you is the iconic red Fat Man, the club’s logo. With a capacity of 560 people, the Adelaide club boasts an industrial interior, best described by shiplap walls and exposed pipes.
To fully encapsulate the underground vibe, the dancing venue sports a dimly-lit look with only a few playful neon lights illuminating the intimate dance floor. While a giant screen display adds a futuristic touch, neon-lit signs give Fat Controller Club a mischievous appeal.
