The Beat Megaclub is one of the city’s most prominent LGBT+ nightclubs.
The Beat Megaclub opened in 1983 in central Brisbane’s nightlife hub of Fortitude Valley. The club operates inside a contemporary building, with its interior equipped with a lit-up floor, six dance floors, neon lights, disco balls, and murals.
Across its six dance floors, The Beat Megaclub showcases an eclectic mix of music, from R&B, pop, and hip-hop to electronic. Despite being an LGBT+ nightclub, all party-hoppers are welcome to come through its doors.
The Brisbane club has been an influencing establishment in the LGBT+ community for almost 40 years. With its vibrant atmosphere and cabaret performances, The Beat Megaclub will continue to be a pillar of Brisbane nightlife.
