Due to weather conditions for Sunday, Primavera Sound Buenos Aires moved the artist schedules forward, leaving dozens of festival-goers disappointed. Many said that for an international festival of Primvaera’s caliber, it was “a shame” to give “such a short notice.”
According to the Twitter comments, the weather forecast announced storm-like conditions a week before the Primavera Sound Buenos Aires’ kick-off.
In a Tweet response, festival organizers said that despite knowing that heavy rainfall was in the books, they tried not to “make any changes until the last minute.”
They added that those changes were necessary for everyone to enjoy a full day of music acts while staying safe.
Ticket holders said that due to the last-minute change, they couldn’t see the bands they bought tickets for. Performances from music heroes like Beach House were completely canceled since organizers weren’t able to fit all artists into the shorter timetable.
