Sober partying is the in – or at least this is what trend-setter festival Coachella says. The boho-chic music event will kick off this year’s edition in a Soberchella spirit through special camping options and alcohol-free drinks.
Festival organizers describe the sober camping as the go-to spot for those who want to enjoy Coachella without drinks in hand. To be placed in the sober camping lot, attendees need to talk to a staff member when checking in their car.
“Whether new to the sober lifestyle, straight-edge or it’s simply your preferred way of life, this hub is meant to connect you with like-minded individuals.”
This year also marks Coachella’s first collab with a non-alcoholic retail partner. LA-based bottle shop New Bar will be in charge of providing mocktails and spirit alternatives at the Indio festival.
Coachella promises a mind-blowing festival experience with A-list artists like Bad Bunny, Rosalia, Calvin Harris and Gorillaz. The music event will introduce the Soberchella ethos at the Empire Polo Club over two weekends in mid-April.
