Luxury accommodation is set to receive a new definition at EDC Las Vegas, as the electronic festival will introduce studio homes – called Camp Casitas – in its 2024 edition.
Over the past weekend, Live Nation partner Vibee unveiled these almost 400-square-foot homes at the EDC campsite, offering festival-goers a tantalizing sneak peek into the future of festival living.
Each standalone Casita elevates the camping experience to a luxurious home-away-from-home, fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, and queen bed.
The Camp EDC Casita positions itself as the ultimate “party palace” with air conditioning, alcohol, and snacks.
Twitter users have speculated that Boxabl, a Las Vegas-based company specializing in accessory dwelling units, likely produces the studios.
An apparent nod to Coachella’s Safari Residences, Camp EDC Casitas dials up the glamp-factor for ticket holders. Their Indio counterparts feature a camping upgrade by boasting in-wall power outlets, a mini-fridge and linens.
