Pinterest Reveals Rave Culture As One of 2023’s Top Search Trends

Image-sharing platform Pinterest predicted rave culture as one of 2023’s top search trends. According to its future trends report, Gen Zers and Millennials will show a growing interest in techno style, house music, and party aesthetics. 

The ‘Pinterest Predicts 2023’ report further highlights that people finally return to the dance floor after years of party abstinence. While reigniting their love for clubs and warehouse raves, party animals will seek their signature aesthetic. 

Pinterest’s research lists some of this year’s biggest trending searches, including techno style and house music outfits. While the Berlin rave fashion search increased by 250%, music mixer and rave party aesthetic saw a boost of 115% and 35%, respectively. 

Pinterest’s cultural trend reports have become a yearly tradition for the social media company. The platform claims that 80% of its forecasts have come true over the last three years. 

Other trends that will reign supreme in 2023 beyond rave culture include offbeat date night ideas, romcom core, and quirky decor items.
