It’s that time of year again when the People of Tomorrow don their musical thinking caps, ready to cast votes for their all-time favorite tracks. One World Radio is bringing back Tomorrowland Top 1000, a compilation of the most iconic music anthems in the festival’s history.
Celebrating its fifth year, the fan-voted rundown translates into an 8-hour-long playlist featuring 125 tracks. The best is saved for the grand finale, as Tomorrowland’s Top 1000 culminates with the highly anticipated number one spot.
Since 2019, Tomorrowland’s official radio station has maintained a tradition of hosting the top 1000 chart, inviting fans to vote for their favorite anthems.
Past winners of the number one spot include Swedish House Mafia’s One in 2019, while Avicii’s Levels claimed the throne in both 2020 and 2021, and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and MOGUAI’s ‘Mammoth’ reigned supreme last year.
According to One World Radio, 2023 has been a year of new beats. Two fresh tracks are shaking up the top 10, and only two songs from last year’s rundown managed to hold their ground.
In 2022, the top five tracks included Martin Garrix’s High On Life, David Guetta’s Titanium, and the ubiquitous Levels by Avicii.
