London’s iconic Printworks unveiled the roster for its final season – a series of 40 events that will run from February to May 2023.
The nightlife hub’s last-ever season will kick off on February 3rd with a headline show from Canadian DJ Deadmau5 and deep house artist Kaskade. On February 4th, Body Movement Festival will bring queer electronic music heroes to the audio decks.
Other Printworks SS23 highlights include a five-day takeover from The Hydra across Easter weekend, when the local promoter will collaborate with fabric, Tresor, and Plastic People, among others.
Titled “the final frontier,” Printworks’ closing party will happen on the last weekend of April. Additional information about the event and lineup is yet to be announced.
Although the electronic temple was supposed to shutter its doors at the end of the year, Printworks’ management announced that the SS23 will be the “final closing season.”
In July, Southwark Council confirmed that the 6,000-capacity Surrey Quays venue would be transformed into offices as part of a Canada Water renovation plan.
